Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and ship all orders within two working days. To help everything run smoothly, please make sure your email address is correct and that you include a contact phone number — this is especially important if your order is sent via courier or if you’re using PayPal Express Checkout. (If your phone number isn’t already on your account, just add it in the “Comments” section at checkout.)

During very busy periods, it may take a little longer, up to 10 days, but we’ll always keep you updated if there are any delays and do our best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

Order Confirmations

Once you place an order, you’ll get an email confirmation straight away. If it doesn’t appear, please check your spam folder.
When your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a second email letting you know it’s on its way. If we foresee any delays or need more info, we’ll reach out to give you a heads up, so no surprises!

We ship from the UK using trusted couriers, including Royal Mail, DPD, FedEx, UK Mail, UPS, and DHL.

  • UK Orders: Royal Mail Tracked 24-hour service.

  • International Orders: Times vary by destination (see chart below).
